Our services are centered around the simple act of walking. We walk and we talk. The conversation takes place in either a group setting or one on one- or both. You will be assisted in health goal setting and be given tools to be successful. We are about creating lifelong habit changes and provide compassionate, but persistent, support to make it possible.
